Ciao Papi is looking for dynamic Experienced Front of House professionals who love offering home-style hospitality experiences whilst taking in the breathtaking, uninterrupted view on the deck - bellissimo! Key responsibilities include: Ensure all dishes leaving the pass meet presentation, portion, and quality standards. Coordinate timing between kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor and communicate dietary requirements and allergy notes to the kitchen and service staff. Double-check that all special requests and dietary modifications are accurately plated before leaving the pass. Support chefs by organising dockets and prioritising orders during peak service. Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organised pass area. Uphold high standards of accuracy, communication, and guest care through precise order management. What we are looking for: Previous experience in high fast paced premium dining venues Availability from Wednesday to Sunday. Focused and professional. Strong communication with chefs and FOH team.
